The office park at Ridgeside across the road from the La Lucia Ridge Office Estate brings 100 000m² of prime sea view office accommodation on to the market following the success of the La Lucia Ridge Office Estate.

Vodacom and Investec have already commenced with the construction of their respective offices and occupation is expected to take place early in 2010. The installation of the infrastructure for this precinct started in February 2009 and is expected to be completed in March 2010.
