This is the first area scheduled for development, is a mixed-use precinct and will include 144 000m² of commercial development, 1200 residential units and a
80 000m² mixed use hotel development. The precinct will create public spaces that maximise the opportunities for blue chip investment around focus areas and include a piazza and pavement society facilities.
